Margaret is an experienced governance and company secretariat executive with over 20 years’ experience supporting boards and executive teams across listed and private organisations in the financial services, infrastructure, energy, property, and not-for-profit sectors.
She brings expertise in corporate governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and board and committee advisory. Margaret has held senior leadership roles overseeing secretariat and governance functions, where she has been responsible for entity management, regulatory engagement, and the delivery of complex governance and reporting requirements in highly regulated environments.
Margaret partners closely with boards and senior executives to embed effective governance practices that support both strategic objectives and operational performance. Her experience spans advising on annual reporting, regulatory obligations, and leading governance functions through periods of organisational change and transformation.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney and is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
