By entering the “Guess the Jelly Beans” competition, participants agree to the following terms and conditions. The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. To participate, entrants must guess the number of jelly beans in the jar and submit their entry via the registration form here. Only one entry per person is allowed. The competition closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on 30 November 2025. The winner will receive one (1) Apple iPad, which is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The winner will be the person who correctly guesses, or comes closest to guessing without going over, the number of jelly beans in the jar. In the event of a tie, a winner will be randomly selected from the tied entries. The winner will be notified via email within 3 business days of the draw and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If the prize is unclaimed, a new winner may be selected. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage in connection with the prize, except as required by law. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Apple Inc.
